Absolutely amazing place. Food was on point. Complimentary breakfast was perfect. Evening vibes were amazing. Location is very near to the Beach.

The owner/ receptionist was too rude and impolite. In our case he was demanding for advance payment for reservation of our rooms , as this policy was not provided on any of the booking platforms so we questioned the respective person about this policy then he super annoyed by the line of questions by me and at the end he suggested if we had such problems , then just cancel the booking

Overall, I had a great experience with the basil leaf resort akshay was accommodating, and the amenities were great. The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. I highly recommend this place .Thank you akshay 🤩

Room Rent is very high as compared to Property and Services. Breakfast is pathetic, don’t think of Buffet. It’s bread omlet chai only. Staff Service is also live average hotel. Overpriced Hotel. Hotel Food is not Good.

Basil leaf resort’ room tarif should be 1.5 to 2.5k considering the amenities & room interior. 1. Bathroom is stinking alot from day one & water is different may be hard water. 2. ⁠Room is very basic for price i am paying, 4k for M-F & 6k for S-S. 3. ⁠Breakfast is very poor & limited variety with alots of insect (makhi) for 4k & 6k room tariff. 4. ⁠No seating space like chair sets with small center table or couch for 4k & 6k room tariff. 5. ⁠No study table nor dressing table etc just simple mirror that too without lights for 4k & 6k room tariff. 6. No room refrigerator for 4k & 6k room tariff. 7. ⁠Only exterior looks nice not the interior. 8. Aircon was leaking. Tariff is very high & shall be reasonable considering the amenities & room interior as charging premium for basic room.

I had a great time here, it was very good hotel with friendly staff, Good food, Great location and a very maintained swimming pool .

Very small no definition of resort No staff for serving Space is very small Breakfast service was on rooftop with no fan... We stayed in 102 104 103
