"Budget Friendly" A budget friendly villa with a calm and nature friendly experience. The staff was really friendly and they did all our needful. I specially like Karaoke, Chicken Tandoori, Popati, Sea food and swimming pool. If u r a nature lover and you want to enjoy a calm atmosphere, sure you can go there and enjoy.

The Villa is in a quiet yet very convenient location and close to beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is serverd in the garden and there is lovely pool to relax by in the afternoons. Great value and highly recommend.

very big villa and suitable for complete group of family, near to beach.There is nice customer service thanks to Dr.Faimida madam and caretaker Mr Faiyaz bhai he so kind and professional. Our group will come back..

"Awesome stay" This villa is located near Suvarna Ganesh Temple. Very clean and very well maintained. Very spacious villa for family get together. Owner is very supportive and friendly and care taker is also very helpful. I recommend this sherbaug villa to stay if you are planning to visit at Divya agar. Definitely we will opt this villa in our next visit.

Based on the feedback we see on the website it was bit contradicting. We had lot more concerns with the care taker – Appropriate service in terms of cleaning was not provided. We expect to be cool and friendly but not overfriendly. The contact number provided by you wasn’t working. When asked he was reasoning with the excuse either no charging or phone not working. Couple of occasions we see him missing as we wanted to get things clear and clean. He demands us to help him – this is unacceptable. Remotes were not working properly either for the TV, nor for the setup box. Basic utensils were missing too. We actually bought those new. Wi-Fi was only existing, but not functional at all as we even couldn’t browse a single page of any website to explore anything around. We were dependent on it as not all phone networks were not fully equipped. We usually use resources wisely. However we experienced limitation of water usage and no hot water in the morning to get ready. Bedcover needs to washed regularly as it wasn’t maintained well. Being multiple bike riders and cars – we faced challenges in parking. We expected a bit of outside space to sit and chill around. We missed out on we time on outside space. We also had limitation due to close neighbouring’s. Overall we missed out on our several expectations.

Totally bad experience. Irritating care taker. Owner suggested for food near the villa ( Shree Samarth Khanaval) which is taste less. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Care taker forcing to eat food which he suggested. Also forcing for water rides which he suggested only. All reviews posted on Google are fake reviews. We booked villa on basis of Google reviews, but reality is totally different .

Easily accessible and ample parking space for two cars. Big living room and kitchen. Bed rooms are right sized for two persons to sleep in the cot and two extra beds. Care taker was available on call always and taken care of our needs. Premises is well maintained. Accessing beach by car was very comfortable from villa, through one of the widest lanes in Diveagar.
