Worst experience, worst service. We even had an argument with caretaker speaker not working, we are not allowed to jump into pool. No cleanliness it's an old vintage type property. It feels like money wasted

Horrible experience in the villa ..and AC is working but not cooling.. electricity issue load shedding big problem ...Tea breakfast was good provided by the caretaker...and The hall is big but there is no fan or no AC This is the biggest problem with hall overview ok bt not good

I really loved my experience at this villa, noise is not a problem because of the villa's location. The villa has pretty lights and a pool and billiards table too. The caretaker is very chill and doesn't interfere at all. All in all i had a great birthday weekend here and the price is sooo affordable! Go for it without a single thought!

Great experience overall. Very accessible to the highway. The pool is a decent sized for around 8 people at a time. Out of three bedrooms ones AC wasn’t working. Hall was pretty big with a few indoor games. The main reason for 5 star is the care taker extremely humble and got us some really good home cooked dinner. All in all a great experience best for family of around 8 to 10 people.

Not so good experience. Property is good but not well maintained. We visited on 30 Aug 2023 along with 10 people. It was observed that bedrooms were stinking like anything and walls having fungus all over. Hence hygiene could be a major issue. Please carry your own bedsheets and blankets. Rest was ok.

I reserved this space for two days for 6 people but as soon as we arrived, we were ready to leave. I almost NEVER post anything negative for hospitality industry. But this time it was sheer disappointment. The Property: Images are gimmick/ deceiving. Images posted online and the real state of the villa is shocking. The whole surrounding of the villa is filled with filth. There is no speck of cleanliness. Staff: Staff is polite and basically manages the villa by following orders of the owners. Food: We brought all groceries. But simple staple food like daal was tasteless. Rest food was either served with no salt, undercooked chicken, etc etc. Water: The villa doesn't even have basis amenities like RO water system. Kitchen and Utensils: Since we planned to stay for two days, we were expecting some cleanliness. But no amount of cleanliness were there. All cabinet were stinking. Swimming pool: The bottom of the pool was not clean, we could feel the gravel every now and then. Washroom: There are 4 washrooms in the entire villa. The bottom one was yuck. When we entered it was not even flushed. Rest three washrooms were fine in condition. There is no hot water for bathing. The overall experience was DISAPPOINTING. Since we already paid advance, we stayed for one night and we left the villa the next day and booked another well maintained place. Advice: I would really advice the people handling the property to keep the villa clean. The whole property stinks so bad that I will not recommend anyone to waste their money.
