The Aruj Home Stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Aruj Homestay...the Homestay is maintained well ,with a nice garden in the backyard...we spent quality time there with our friends and family...would request to install AC ,especially for summers.

We recently booked a stay at Aruj Homestay in Kolhapur from 11th December, 2024 to 15th December, 2024. Positive: The homestay offers 24-hour water service. Negative: It is located quite far from the railway station and other key areas of interest. There are no transportation options nearby, and no restaurants or hotels in the vicinity. Concerns: Do not rely solely on photos or the owner's descriptions provided via chat. There are strong doubts about the authenticity of some of the reviews, which may have been written by the owner or are otherwise unreliable. Owner's Conduct: The owner is primarily focused on securing full payment for the stay, but lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. Not at all cooperative. Customer service and hospitality were not up to standard. Overall Experience: The experience did not meet expectations. Rating: 1.5/5 1 for hygiene and 0.5 for the 24-hour water service. There is a lack of proper management.

I stayed at Aruj home with family, our stay was very comfortable and Dr. Aruj is a very nice host and very helpful person. He helped us with all the small needs for the baby and kids. He also helped us with an emergency even after we left the place.

Very good stay facilities and amenities for two families. Clean toilet bath, Seperte entry. Good ample four wheeler parking for 2/3 cars. Homely environment. Commod available. Owner is learned person & very cooperative. I recommend Aruj home stay to all situated @ Near I.T.I. Kolhapur

We stayed here for two days. We liked it very much. Nice location. There is garden in front of bunglow. Parking was available for our car.
