1)Rate is too high according their service 2)Food quality is also poor according to their charges (500 per kg fish/chicken) 3)Toilets are not maintained (1800 RS per room) 4) No WiFi is been provided for tourist who visit there in group more than 10 members (Room charges 1800 Rs per room) 5) electric switch board is off in every room leaving fan 6) no soaps provided in bathrooms 7) check in was late by 2 hrs. At the Next day they did not co-operate for extra 1 hr while check out with us 8) Waiter was providing us food chewing guthkha / Vimal *And for this poor quality service we had to pay 12,000 for 22 hrs

This place is definitely one of the best to visit and stay. It is located exactly next to the beach, so you don't have to walk neither do you have to take a vehicle to reach the beach. Service is five star, though it takes a little long since it is managed from their home. Rahul & Vicki have been the best guys around managing this place, very informative and polite. Rooms I feel should have been a little more upgraded, otherwise they are clean and in good shape. The food is wonderful and has the authentic coastal flavor to it, very much homely taste be it breakfast, lunch, hi tea & dinner.

Good place for living and the food quality is very nice. A/C rooms are just ₹ 2200 for 4-5 people. Everything is good. Behaviour of owner is so good. He is very humble. Service is good. Friendly behavior of worker. Other facility are available.
