ROYAL PARADISE VILLA

Road to villa is very bad. Photos DO NOT match the reality. Asked them to clean the pool at 3PM but they cleaned it at 7PM. Still there was a big chunk of broken tiles in the pool that they didn't remove. They even deducted from our security deposit just because we checked out 30 mins late. Con men are running this bungalow. Avoid. Owner just replies with random lies about damage and police complaint to all bad reviews. I dare you to share receipt of damage and police complaint report.

Rooms are spacious and were clean. Service was poor.. there is just one induction in kitchen. This will lead lot of time to cook something. There is no walkable grocery store to buy milk, egs bread etc.. water was not hot or I should say warm while we visited in July.. there is no house keeping during our stay.. we had to call and request for cleaning.. swimming pool is around 5ft deep.. and it was not cleaned.. with 25K per night I expect much much better service.

I was scared as the review I saw before going was not good as I had paid the booking amount so there was no chance of cancellation, but when I actually went with my 19 people family and kids... I found that it was really opposite... We really like the cleanliness of rooms... Good service by the caretaker Sameer and really good food cooked by the lady chiefs... Trust me our whole family enjoyed alot...Sameer care taker use to help us out if anything is required within his limit...it also had table tennis, badminton, good music system with mic, only thing was that we were short with plates, bowls and spoon... but Sameer tried to adjust next day in my two night stay...also I would suggest to take your towels as they are not of equal size and sufficient for many people... owner did made aware about it...I don't regret by decision to book and really would look to rebook this villa if they maintain same cleanliness and food hygiene... The owner should be little clam when he has such a good caretake and chief so that people can have confidence on him..

Good villa in quiet private place. Good for the friends gatherings and small functions. Very well maintained. Food is very good. Ambience is good. The outside garden and pool are nice. The hall with connecting outdoor deck is very beautiful.

The villa is great and worth spending good time in winters for around 15-20 people. Place is excellent and villa too, you can order food from all online apps or villa is connected to the village where you can place order and they'll deliver at the villa. However, just make sure you get a swimming costume when going into the pool else all your clothes will start changing the color due to lot of chlorine in the water. No cleaning services being offered unless you call the caretaker, also the utensils which are used by us have to be washed, there isn't any service provided. So, make sure one clears all the terms and conditions before opting for villa. Walking distance from a known temple Narayani Dham, which offers good food as well. There are many villas nearby which are good for 15 people below 10k and nearby lonavala station, Royal Paradise is bit far from Station and rickshaw will take 250-300 rupees per trip.

We spend 2 days at Royal paradise villa at Lonavala. It was very calm and specious. Easy access from expressway. Good roads plenty of parking space. Rooms were furnished and very clean.All rooms were attached with toilet and bathroom. Pool was nice . Overall we had very nice time and we will definitely go back.
