Would recommend to say here as the *SUBHEDAR HOMESTAY* property is well maintained, staff is friendly and cooperative with requests… especially not only ROHIT BHAGAT but his parents with very positively approach they go an extra mile to help…. Location of the property is good so everything is walking distance away…Overall will rate the experience 5 stars…. Very clean room. Lots of space. Nice decor. Free drinking water from a large bottle in the office. Short walk to restaurants and beach… Room art done by owner itself and it looks too decent. All facilities are nice… lastly don’t forget to order coffee simply awesome taste with beautiful sun rise from 1st floor gallery space itself … Recommended for future stay…

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, with all the tourist places including the beach nearby.The rooms were clean enough and well maintained. The highlight was their freshly cooked homemade food, keeping in mind individual preferences. We enjoyed the fried fish,fish curry chicken curry and solkadhi as well as the local veggies. Thank you Rohit and Bhagat Sir for your hospitality and making our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

I recently stayed at *Subhedar Homestay* during my trip to Malvan, Sindhudurg from 9th to 11th Jan 2025, and I had a fantastic experience. The homestay is situated in a quiet, scenic area, Heart of Wairy, Malvan area, which was perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and pleasant. The hosts, Rohit & his Mom & Dad [The Bhagat Family] were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi connection was Superb. The Breakfast, the authentic Konkani Ghavne Chutney, was cherry on the top & truly satisfied my food expectation. Kaka kaku [The Owners] brought a different vibe an charm to the stay❤️🫶 I would definitely recommend Subhedar Homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Location of venue is centealized and ideal to stay so that maximum spots can be covered with minimum commute. Authentic Malvani/ konkani experience in every aspect from food to ambience. Pleasant and caring hospitility. Clean and hygrnic rooms for family and group outings. Owners are knowledgeable and happily extending the help choose the locations to visit around vicinity. Overall an unforgettable and nice experience 👍

I had a wonderful stay at SUBHEDAR, Wonderfully managed by ROHIT! The rooms were clean and very spacious, and the location was just 5 minutes walking from the beach. And the best part is, delicious food. Kombdivade Thali is my Favourite now. Had it many times before, but this was the best one, also tried the fish varieties, loved it. They also guided me through the itinerary, which i had no idea about. Thanks to ROHIT for giving me such a wonderful experience.

It was an amazing homestay with all facilities available and having an amazing food which i have ever tasted. Overall the rooms are luxurious with ac and non ac, and the rooms are nicely cleaned.
