Excellent location, right opposite the beach. You can listen to and see the waves all the time. The host is a beautiful family full of knowledge and love and always helpful. Accomodation is simple but very high on hygiene and nature.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Vasanti Niwas Homestay, and it met all of my expectations. Shailaja Patil and her family, who run this delightful homestay, are the essence of kindness and welcome. Shailaja and her family made us feel welcome in their house from the moment we arrived. Their humble, courteous, and kind demeanour provided a welcoming environment in which we felt immediately at ease. Throughout our visit, they were not only accommodating but also really supportive, always responding quickly to any concerns and happy to help with anything we required. The location of Vasanti Niwas Homestay is nothing short of breathtaking. Nestled in the heart of nature, the homestay provides a breathtaking view, with the beach only a 0.5-minute walk from the gate. The convenience of having such a beautiful beach within arm's reach made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether we were taking a morning stroll or admiring the sunset, the proximity to the ocean made our stay very magical. What distinguishes Vasanti Niwas is its simplicity. The location of the place is best just opposite to the beach. The rooms are also clean and well maintained. Our entire family enjoyed here. Only thing is they don't really allow you to cook on your own which may be they can add. They have a kitchen which is managed by them and they do take food orders in advance.

We really enjoyed our family trip to malvan in this homestay. We were a group of 15 adults and 3 kids. Hospitality of Patil family is awesome. We were made to feel at home and reminded us of our native place. They even allowed us to use their kitchen for my 6months old baby. Extra points for the location as the property is right in front of the beach. Will surely visit this place again.

We really appreciate the hospitality from Patil family. Vasanti Niwas is an ideal place to stay at Chivla beach. You can’t miss it if you would like to stay near Chivla. We stayed in a sea face family room and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was awesome. Great fun and value for money!

Very good family members patil kaka, kaki and tai. I never expect i found good people at this place they r very helpful, educated and true people and i learn so much from this family i think in my 2 days stay we talk nearly 2 hrs with them but what is learn from this family is much more valuable through in my life, if any one go for picnic at tarkarli stay near chiwla beach, vasanti niwas is just from of this beach and u, ur family may learn to much from this family, they r inspiring people even at age of 85 years they r happy and want to live more, 2 hrs with this family learn me to much small things. i not any thing above hotel and rooms because u can find that details with other review

Family friendly beach facing home stay resort. The resort is very close to the beach and it is strategically located having nearby eat outs and pure vegetarian restaurants and malvan local cuisine restaurants. Average stay experience and good ambience. Most of all, very warm and accommodating staff and owner!
