I stayed one night with a foreigner friend and we both loved it. The place is perfect, it’s a quiet location with well maintained society. Quiet near to Sula vineyards. Big space for parking. Room is comfortable with basic facilities, you can use well equipped kitchen as well. Love the vibe of the place. Mr Dean is taking good care of the place and friendly person. I would definitely come back again.

Located on the first floor of Eden Heights building - a total of 8 rooms with attached bath, a common kitchen cum dining space(with all necessary amenities like gas oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery, utensils). Room decors are done beautifully and I must appreciate the decor and aesthetic taste of the owner. Breakfast is included, for lunch and dinner decent restaurants are nearby, or else order through swiggy can also be done.

A beautiful and pocket friendly place to live while on your vacation... Home away from your home.. with all the amenities (fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave, gas, vessels) and very friendly and helpful owner -Mr. Dean.. 10 minutes away from Sula Vineyards, dam, and Boat club... Yummy restaurants in 2 to 5 minutes distance from this place....My family had a great and peaceful relaxing stay here.. will definitely visit again in future...

We had a great time at Dean’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks much better and the pictures does not do justice to the serene views and sorroundings. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and the apartment is very quiet , ventilated with 24/7 breeze and natural light, you may never require an Air-Con ! I was with my 3 year old and senior citizen parents who fell in love with the apartment decor, the accessibility and the friendly host. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

It was a wonderful experience for me and friends. Everyone felt comfortable with the services and location and it was very beautiful for one. Food was very delicious and mouth watering.

The place is in the midst of nature and is super quiet and beautiful. The rooms are clean and well kept. Housekeeping and the dean (the owner) is very sweet and friendly. Great place to stay in on a budget. Totally worth it!

We stayed here for a night and loved the experience. The rooms are very clean with modern interior and a balcony with a decent view. The location is a bit remote from the main town but Sula and Someshwar temple are quite close from this place and Ola/Uber are also available in the area. The service was also really great. Overall it was an amazing stay experience.
