Cause zero rating is not available. We took a flat for rent for a lock in period of one year. The apartment maintenance was horrible (I couldn't find much worse word). Parking is not maintaned properly, all vehicles will be parked in a zig zag way making it unable to take the vehicle out, not just in any emergency but every morning. Sounds made by elevator were so dangerous that any food delivery person used to go back down by using steps fearing that the lift will fall down. Furniture was so loose that we couldn't use the chairs during the whole period we stayed. Daily garbage will not be picked regularly, because of which stray cats used to throw everything on the floor. Here comes the biggest part - the apartment owner. Ohh my god!!! I may not be meeting such a person again in my life. He agreed for an online agreement first, then later insisted on registered agreement only that too at our expenses. He was like, 'you people get everything done and I will just send my father for signature'. Finally, even after 5 months of our stay also, he didn't get the agreement done. Whenever we call him about the other issues like the ones mentioned above, he will just say 'tell the watchman'. And the watchman will be always wondering that there is no communication from the owner and he is not taking the calls. And when we call him, he will keep saying same things everytime, 'I have other properties as well to handle'... 'I always take care of my tenants well'... blah..blah..blah. After a discussion of over more than two months about the agreement and other issues, we couldn't bear his lies and fake promises, we told him that we will be vacating in a month. First, he agreed to give the advance amount, believing his words, we even cleaned the room as we got it before we handed over it back. But he cheated us by not giving the advance amount back. Since he stays in Pune, we could only contact him over phone. After we vacated, when we spoke to the other tenants, even they attested his behavior to be the same. If someone wants to go through such agony, you can consider staying here.

Nice place... Brand new construction, staff is very helpful, all facilities from kitchen to snacks available in the service apartment
