Prakritee Homestay

We have stayed in Prakritee homestay during a family trip and our experience was amazing.The homestay is thoughtfully crafted and has all the modern amenities like AC,UPS back up etc.The view is astounding and one could see /hear the tides from balcony. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach.Food is delivered as per order and is tasty too.(Owner updated about in house kitchen construction and will be ready in some time). Overall great stay and highly recommend

Prakritee Homestay is a calm and serene place surrounded by natural beauty, ideal for unwinding. The rooms are spotless and properly taken care of, which makes the stay very pleasant and refreshing. Overall, it was a truly great experience! The veg thali at Prakritee Homestay was equally impressive — simple, tasty, and filled with authentic homely flavors. The star of the meal was the ukadiche modak, which was soft, freshly made, and stuffed with perfectly balanced sweet coconut and jaggery. A must-try for anyone visiting Shriwardhan!

hi I recently visited Hotel Prakritee , Kokan Beach, and it was a wonderful experience overall! They also celebrated my Birthday with proper cake cutting, Thanks for making my day very special. The hotel has a peaceful coastal vibe, perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach, just a short walk away. The sea view is beautiful, and you can hear the soothing sound of waves right from the room. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The interiors had a nice touch of traditional Kokan style with modern facilities. especially the seafood, which was fresh and flavorful. The fish thali and solkadhi were my favorites! They also had good vegetarian options. It’s a great place for a peaceful weekend getaway or a short family trip. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who loves beaches, local cuisine, love seafood and a calm atmosphere.

The property is well maintained, clean and peaceful with all required amenities. The host and the caretaker were really supportive and took follow up and guided for everything. The breakfast prepared by the caretaker was very tasty and my son really liked it. It is also close to the beach, only direct access is missing, but the beach is walkable by around 200 meters. The area is surrounded by coconut trees and is really refreshing and free from any disturbances

Rooms are neat and clean, Food was good. They have dedicated kitchen for stay as well. Place was peaceful. It would be better if they add more rooms and develop area around it.

Excellent stay, new furniture mattress, calm place, as shown in pic so you won't be disappointed. Priyanka ma'am cooked delicious food and with helped with housekeeping requests. Communication from owner is prompt. One point less just coz beach isn't walkable, location little inside. However still preferable place to stay compared to other options.
