Me and my bro, visited Villa Mangoes & Sea Shells on 5-6 Jul 2025. The aesthetics restored are excellent. Treat for the eyes of people loving antiques. The house took us down the memory lanes of our childhood ancestral home at maternal native village nearby in Sangameshwar. Awesome food, hospitality and homely people serving us. ♥️ Loved the preparation and presentation of Coconut Pudding. Special compliments to cook Narayan. Special mention to prompt responses from Sakshi madam for hassle-free visit. All the staff are very caring. Certainly, a visit with my family, deserve in near future.

Hi, I have stayed at Villa from 29th May'25-1st June'25. The villa is very nice old heritage house to stay, pleasant atmosphere and it has private access to the beach, the beach was very beautiful and peaceful away from hush hush. We as a group enjoyed it a lot. The care takers were good and innocent people they were very kind with us. Positives also comes with negatives, the wi-fi in villa was not working even on the sunny days, there is no network. We have to come on the road to make the calls (only JIO network) but inside Villa we can't do it. The owners should put up boosters to get the network inside villa. Food is really very expensive (kids were also charged equivalent to adults) but taste was good. The rooms below faces dampness issues during the monsoon and one of the room had issue with red ants too. They should provide kettle in the room, every time we have to bother the care takers for hot water. The main issue is the force of the tap water, it is so slow that it takes too long to fill the bath tub (for us it took 1.5 hours to fill the bath tub). The bathroom cleanliness is very good and the way it is decorated is awesome. Overall a good and pleasant stay barring the expensive food charges.

Villa Mangoes and Seashells Homestay in Ganeshgule offers a unique blend of traditional Konkani charm and premium comfort. While the food packages are undeniably pricey—almost double the cost of uptown restaurants in Pune or Mumbai— its exceptional quality, hygiene, and authenticity of Konkani delicacies make it a culinary experience worth trying. A minimum two-night stay is recommended to enjoy nearby attractions like Ganeshgule Beach and Swayambhoo Ganesh Mandir/Laxmi Narayan Mandir etc. This homestay is Perfect for a memorable family getaway!

The property is just so true to its name, beautiful, serene and peaceful. The location is just so perfect the beach is 2 mins walk away sounded by lush greenery which is clean, untouched n unexplored. The villa is so tastefully made keeping in mind the essence of heritage property. The food cooked is fresh authentic, tasty, would sum up as healthy pure organic dishes made with lots of love n care by the staff. The local staff is very helpful n smiling. A must recommended home stay experience with your family n friends in large groups.

I choose this place for my Parents. Villa Mangoes and Seashells provides a serene experience that is warm, comfortable and relaxing. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. The location is perfect and beach is 2 mins walk from the property. The caretakers are there to support and assist. They served us with the delicious authentic konkani food and all 3 days with the variety . it combines the beauty of old houses with modern amenities. Big thanks to the Villa Mangoes and Sea Shells Family for taking care of both of them .
