The worst place. I cannot give zero star Whole place stinks, highly unhygenic. No hot water. Badly maintained bathroom Bathroom doors have no lock We had to vacate immediately. Not recommended at all No care taker available. Owner dies not pick calls When he picks, he asks us to adjust. Why should we pay and adjust, that is not the way he talks Very very bad experience

Very nice place at such a price. It is not a hotel but an apartment at a residential area. The surroundings are quiet. You may not get the room service or restaurant but the caretaker is always ready to help. This is not at the heart of the city but well connected. Those who like quiet places would certainly like it. The beautiful flowering orchids, petunias, adeniums are bonus.

Amazing place to stay in Bhubaneswar. Manoj is a great host, very nice and friendly devotee of Jagannath. Our stay was pleasant and without any inconveniences.
