Don’t visit this Hotel with your family…. Seriously the are harassing the guests. No co-ordination between Booking manager and their Staffs. During advance booking they said something… during chkin they said some new rules … I have personally requested the manager during my booking my family will do chkout at 9.30 am. He told me “okay sir no problem , but no more extension “ he was not present during chkin . And service boys asked us to chkout at 8 am .apart from that during chkin lots of arguments terms and condition was there . 2 . Room size are very small in real. 3. Staffs are very rude . 4. No proper room service available 5. This Hotel is not safe/ good for your family 6.This is the WORST EXPERIENCE in my life , as I frequently visit to Mahaprabhu Jagannath dham Puri .
