Cardamom Blues Homestay

We visited Aritar lake and stayed in Blue Cardamom Homestay on 15-17 May 2025. Location wise good. You can see here no.of birds and walk the lampokhari lake in morning or anytime. Just five minute walk from Homestay.Hospitality of this homestay is very good. Quality of room and other amenities were good. Over all experience nice.

I visited here 17th of Feb 2025.room was good..food was avarage..bt most worst thing is that the homestay owner bickram cheated us by not providing valid permission for zuluk which he was commited earlier & I had done full payment via third party.At rongli check post police some how allow us to go bt at padamchen check post police intercept us not allow further only because we had no valid permissions i.e why our zuluk trip totally spoiled & could not visit the famous thambi view point etc istade of that homestay owner quite friendly.He helps us to find a garrage for our byke repair..Me & my brother go there bia byke..so better luck next time to us.

Amazing place , great vibe, very close to Lalpokhari lake and you can have a great view of Kanchenjunga from balcony

Excellent stay of 3 days. Property location is ezcellent (10 min walk from Ariter Lake) and property is pretty and well maintained by mother and daughter. Took upper room which had a large window, with settee next to it affording a great view of valley and sound of birds. Room is good but needs some storage facility for guests' suitcases, clothes, etc. Bathroom is very good, needs a napkin and place to hang it. Property hostess is very nice, very kind, very friendly, and sees to your comfort. Great stay, would definitely go back if in the area.

This May (2024) I've visited Aritar lake and stayed in this property. Location wise good. You can walk to the lake in morning or anytime. Hospitality of this homestay is very good. Quality of room and other ammunities were good. Over all experience nice.

Beautiful views. The host is amazing and warm. They have a lot of games. Rooms are good. Property is very well maintained and good food. Definitely recommend this home stay.

Decent rooms with proper geyser facility. The view from the rooms is mesmerizing. The food is also great. Overall had a wonderful experience at the homestay.

I visited this beautiful place during summer with friends and children of 7 and 8 years old.Firstly the hospitality was an amazing experience . the location too was superb just next to the lake and the best part was that my children experienced nature first hand .Staying in the cottage this place has gave us a homely feeling .My kids were taken for bird watching and trekking . They also provided us a camping experience with the premises ...we would like to go back again ...value for money too ...
