Sun Farm House

I booked this property looking at the pictures, however was aghast at the current state of it when I visited. Totally unkept lawns, unclean common areas, TV and lounge area filled with inspects and residue, swimming pool uncleaned for days, staff that have too less training on hospitality. While the property is beautifully located and is quiet in ambiance, the maintanece is so poor.||They say breakfast is included and all they gave us was just one dish, the only alternate was bread! ||Totally not worth the cost of booking with breakfast. ||When we sat down for breakfast the sweeper women stormed in and started sweeping near us, we had to then inform her to sweep after we left. Such poor sense of hospitality. The care taker seems to be a new recruit and has no clue, keeps checking with the cook aunty for information.||The cook aunty again seems to be unhappy cooking, she even told us she is not given any leave even if no guests show up.||Our only suggestion to the owner is to bring back the old glory of this property. It's our wish to come back and experience it in it's True beauty.

It was our second visit... We were a group of 15...Families with kids... We stayed for two nights. We had a nice time. The reading room, verandah, terrace, the pool, lawn ... Everything was good... The staff were friendly and helpful. Though the property is not huge in size, it's a quiet place to spend a weekend with family and friends ..

We had a lovely experience here. Great location in a serene environment in a farm. Fairly close to the visitor center if you have a bike, car. Close to all the good cafes. The rooms were good with the view of the farm and we liked the common space with the library as well. The host is great, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely like to come back here.

Starting with the location, hospitality, breakfast, rooms, and amenities everything was excellent. Very kind staff members (manager Mr. Ravi, cooks and caretaker), who were very helpful. We were two ladies, along with kids planned our stay here and we wholeheartedly vouch for the safety around this farm stay. Owner and his friends were down to earth. Great collection of books in living area. Good sized parking space for cars with shades. Well maintained rooms. Kids play space and pool adds value to thus farm stay. Definitely recommend for families, even with young kids.

Stayed here for 4 nights on my solo vacation. A cozy and clean space with basic amenities, helpful and courteous staff. The owner Mr Paul was very helpful and recommended some great spots to visit. The house is a bit inside from the main road which makes it even more enjoyable. They serve only bfast, however there are many nice places to eat at nearby. One can even get food delivered by swiggy. The staff will help with the crockery you need. They have nice pool and a garden to relax at as well. Overall a great experience and safe for solo women travellers.

Amazing space with a lovely swimming pool and a children's play area (swing, slide and merry go around). Lots of greenery for children to run around and have fun. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the common area has a beautiful collection of books and a smart TV for those who wish to watch something. The staff is extremely polite and accommodating and they go beyond their duty to ensure you have a lovely stay. The breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty and they catered to us even though we didn't comply with the breakfast timings. Hot water and air conditioning was available at all times. Over all a truly wonderful experience thanks to the guys who maintain this place

We stayed in the king suit with good beds beautiful view on the garden huge bathroom, clean and new aircond/fan. Service was great, water jar given in our room, big breakfast, helpful staff. Pool was cleaned for us to use and playground is in good condition. We’ll recommend it to our friends :)
