CHETTINAD HomeStay Rooms Cleanliness The room was spotless on arrival — no dust on furniture, clean floors, and crisp linen on the bed. The bathroom was free of soap scum or mildew; fixtures were shiny and mirrors streak‑free. Towels and bath‑mats felt fresh. High‑touch points like doorknobs, remote control, light switches were clean. Comfort (Bed, Pillows, etc.) The bed was quite comfortable: the mattress firm but not too hard, with no sagging. Pillows were soft yet supportive; there was a good choice (if they had more than one pillow type). Bedding felt clean and of decent quality. The mattress didn’t squeak or cause discomfort overnight. Size / Layout The room was adequately spacious for two people, with enough walking space between bed, desk, and wardrobe. Layout made good use of corners — the wardrobe was opposite the bed so clothes didn’t clutter the entry. The desk (if provided) was functional though a bit small. Storage space was enough: wardrobe with hangers, drawers, luggage rack. View The room had a window overlooking [city / garden / street], which provided natural light. At night, streetlights were visible but not disturbingly bright. The view wasn’t spectacular but pleasant. If there was noise from outside, it was minimal. Amenities Air‑conditioning / Heating: AC worked well, cooled quickly; could be controlled by thermostat in room. No overly loud noise from units. Hot Water: Hot water was available immediately in the shower; water pressure was good. Temperature regulation was stable. WiFi: Internet speed was decent; streaming and light browsing were smooth. Occasional drop in speed during peak usage, but overall reliable. Room Service / In‑room Facilities: Room service menu was available; food arrived in good condition (warm, well‑packed). Other amenities present: TV, kettle or coffee/tea maker, in‑room safe / wardrobe / minibar (if any). Bathroom toiletries were provided (soap, shampoo, etc.), towel supply was sufficient and replaced daily.

Very good Ambience , Very Good hospitality by the property owner and staff . Food is very tasty they served the food with personal touch. Highly recommended
