I booked this Hotel in MMT. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The place is not at all clean — rooms and surroundings are poorly maintained, and cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority here. If you plan to stay, be ready to share your room with mosquitoes, because they’ll definitely be your constant companions. The overall environment feels quite uncomfortable for families and business travelers. Honestly, this place seems more suitable for unmarried couples than for anyone looking for a neat and professional stay.

Worst experience with Satguru Coimbatore, first aloted 2 rooms in first floor, not changed bedsheet pillow cover after asked they provide new bedsheet, not cleaned rooms closet also dirty. no hooks or towel rod in bathroom. no bucket and mug after reporting this they changed our room to another 2bhk aprtment with 2 bedroom with common toilet all ammenties in toilet was broken or old. not recommend this to anyone. all photos are taken at the time of inaugural time. The property located area also not neat and clean.

hi, i took room at this property recently in may 2025. staff welcomed us with a worst attitude like (why are you here). then he showed up the room, it was such stinky. when i asked for room freshner, he used his body spray instead. beds are filled with such dirts and too smelly. they dont provide toileteries, towels, bedsheets even. only pillow was there. kindly do avoid if you look for pleasant stay. this is perfectly suitable for hours of stay or refreshments that too at hight price.

I had a fantastic stay at [SMS HOMES]! The check-in was smooth, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, well-equipped with everything. The bathroom was neat and clean. There was no issue with the air conditioners too.I had a good time and it was worth it for the price. Overall, It was an amazing experience!

Very nice but rooms are too small.Fat person s have to struggle between the cots..They would have built by giving allowance at least Two feet near to bed
