A great home stay with warm welcome, rooms are very clean and comfortable, positive interaction with host. owner was very friendly even I was not able to do gpay at the time of check in, he understood my situation allow me to stay next day night only I withdraw cash and gave. He is a very good person. Thankyou sir for ur polite behaviour, our family enjoyed at your home stay bath tub experience was nice designed like jacuzzi ,we enjoyed candle light dinner on the terrace dining hall with hill view. I highly recommend this place for mind relaxation

We had a comfortable stay. Rooms are very nice, clean and neat. Excellent location. Very safe. Love birds sounds , fishes, gives relaxation. Hill view was awesome. Very good place for family

Very nice place. Our family stayed and got very good experience. Ambience was awesome. Very polite and caring host, owner also very good person who offered discount for our stay. Thank you sir we had a great peaceful experience in ur house.

We had a wonderful experience at Nainika Homestay! The stay was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only downside was the food situation—currently, they only offer accommodation and no meals. It’s a bit tricky to find food late at night, especially if you’re craving something after a long day. If they could add food options or partner with local eateries, it would make the stay even better!

We had a wonderful experience in this place. Beautiful 3 bhk villa. Feels like our home. Neat and hygenic place suitable for family to enjoy vacation. Our family enjoyed.

I booked room in this hotel a night stay .. really liked the location.. however my experience staying with Nainika homestay was pathetic..as per conversation with owner ..advance payment was done before visiting to block the room ..which was fine with me ..when we reached location manager showed the room and we settled down..now I want to add some crazy things which I went thru ..staring with ...red ants in the water jug, on the wall and bed....saw Lizard poop on bed , blanket was stinking ..when I saw that ..took pictures and shared with the owner ..caretaker by name Hari came and cleaned it ...as in changed the bed sheet, blanket ..still the trail of ants wer der ..the best part ...saw cockroach on bed .. immediately called hari and he said he will take care of it ..cleaned it used disinfectant... however after sometime when we were trying to sleep, one cockroach flew over me ..so I had to call Hari again ..he came and did the same , however nothing changed ..took videos and pictures..sent it to owner but no response..i had to put my bed sheet to sleep...morning they were asking to clear the dues for the night for which I said I need to talk to owner and clear ...when I tried inform this to owner..she said I have brought all this with me ..which means ( I got the ants, Lizard to poop on my bed and cockroaches to fly around when we r sleeping)..that was ridiculous...on top of that she started arguing with me and was rude ...I just said ..it's okay for me to clear the dues ..I don't mind ..it's just that my experience was worst and I'll put a review so that this shouldnt happen with any other customer..she said her manager will come and talk ..adding to collect the payment they are going to bring a pos machine..now messed up experience startes - my wife was getting ready and I was waiting for this guy to come so that I can tell him wat we went thru and make the payment ...he came started banging the door -- entered the room forcefully...snatched my phone and asked another guy to delete all the pictures and videos , started threatening me ..he was very ( aggressive) ..with out my permission he took my phone and deleted all the proofs I had and started misbehaving..I thought it's safe to clear this and sort out coz my wife was also der ...I would say ..this place is taken care by goons ... however I had backup ..I have never faced this kind of experience in my life ..these people get business from outsiders yet they show these kind of pathetic behaviour. IF ANYBODY IS GOING THERE PLEASE CHECK AND STAY..OR ELSE THEY WILL THREATEN U AND WILL PUT BLAME ON YOU .I have uploaded the pictures from videos which I took.

Amazing house..honestly they charges a low of cost for staying.In verandah view of mountain is awesome and peaceful of stay.I enjoyed staying in the house.
