The best home stay in Kodaikanal and the host was very welcoming and his behaviour was also really nice. Foods were tasty and I think that it was a perfect stay. Loved it absolutely. A must stay for everyone and it’s situated in a serene atmosphere away from the crowds. Overwhelmingly good experience.

The place of the stay is serene and relaxing They also provide home cooked food which was really delicious as per our ask. It is good option to bring your car to explore this beautiful place or they also provide an option for touring. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

The stay was peaceful and calm with spectacular hill view. The service was polite and kind. Food was amazing. Chinese cuisine is a must try. Overall experience in this stay is pleasant and worth it

This is a very small homestay with just 6 rooms, without any amenities. The Caretaker is very humble and always ready to help, good homemade food though very limited options (we just had breakfast). The big letdown is that the whole homestay was empty, though the owner gave us backside rooms with no view, The excuse was that the other rooms were booked by someone and they will come in the evening, nobody turned for two days. Rooms are very basic without AC. The way to reach the hotel is not so good, it is very narrow. This property is outside the Kodai city, starting off the Kodai just after the Silver Cascade Waterfalls, it takes ~30-40 minutes to reach the Kodai lake which is the first attraction from this place. Overall avoid if you are visiting with families and want to stay near the city.

Had an amazing experience at LILAC INN. Impeccably clean room, comfortable bed, and top-notch service. Great amenities and convenient location. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience there. The view is amazing. The food also good. The rooms are well maintained with good wifi network. All in all made my vacation worth.
