Very worst experience... Water heater is there but it will not work. TV is there it will not work. Water tank also there but always empty. Wifi is available but connectivity issue. For fire camp they will ask extra charge 3000Rs for 3 hours. No drinking water facilities, if you want u have to pay extra. ------------------------------------- One person will come and collect all the payments at your checkin time itself after that you don't expect anything from them. ------------------------------------ Friends, if you are going with own vehicle then choose Vattakanal otherwise you have to pay 500/-Rs for just 1.3 km to local cabs (from this area to Vattakanal Check post)

It was at the end of dolphins nose. On enquiry i heard it's not for family. Road to property was unreachable. Too a spot decision and came back to hotel Hilton by forfeiting the advance paid. As a consolation the owner of blue star offered another property but good sense prevailed. On the whole i felt we were cheated.

Booked Feels Like Resort,But They Own 2-3 Properties And Shifted Us Here...Location Was Hard To Find,Go Till The Church Through Vattakanal Road There You Will Find An Pan Shop Beside Car Turning Point,Park Your Car Somewhere Here As The Property Doesn't Have Car Parking..Location Was Remote With Narrow Road With Cars Parked All The Way...View From The Property Was Very Good...Had A Pleasant Stay..Food Can Be Ordered Or One Can Walk Till The Church...Everything Was Okay Except Car Parking & Geyser Didn't Work For Half Day.

1). There's no Hot water facility 2) Network issue is there in that location 3) Airtel, Vodafone & Jio No network in the Room & Location 4) 2nd Day Morning after 8am WIFI Not working & No water in bathroom 5) there is no road facility to the room 6) this room not suitable for family 7) there's no proper car parking in that location 8) if you're coming by Van or Maxi Cab that way not suitable to go you have to Park the vehicle 🚑 before 1.5km

All over I given 4star rating related this property some good👍 and bad 👎 Good👍 *Peaceful room *two wheelers parking *private campfire *good maintaince *families , friends, and couples * nice view and it's located near bye dolphine nose *wifi facility are good, TV working , CCTV, etc. *hot water provided *100 meter from the room tea shop, hotel, fastfood, snacks shop and cooling gaget like kulla, jacket, sweater etc Bad 👎 * just 100meter from car parking to room but road very worst it's not a road just sand lit it's treaking area * room window lock damage pls fix it *car parking facilities It's all About this property (bluestar banglaow ) I given ⭐⭐⭐⭐rating 4/5 eating

It's not that professional. No good kettle, No towels, Bad roads to the hotel. No restaurants nearby... I hope the things will get improve as time goes.
