Don't visit this homestay if you are going with your kids it is totally unsafe as we have to trek for almost 500meters and its quite uneven at few places. Rooms are unhygienic, Blanket and Mattress provided are not clean. There are power outages few times. Also there is no cancellation policy.

Worst experience ever..need to climb the hill for 1Km to reach the room which was not informed at the time of booking. The trek way is the worst and very risky way with the probability of encountering wild bulls is very high…very slippery way..Once you climb the hill and reach the room, you will be tired and can’t go back to kodaikanal site seeing places. You loose all your enthusiasm if you visit this place..we returned in 1 day loosing all the zeal. Please avoid this place.

Worst experience we booked for 3Days 2nights and vacated it in 1day itself.No proper guidence , no proper route for the Property and cant even park your vehicles in those narrow roads .No food u wont even get Hot water there. BEST TO AVOID THIS PROPERTY OVER HYPED IN THESE REVIEWS .

Don't be fooled by the nice photos. They are photo shoped and cleaned. First if you just want to go and stay there only for the whole trip go. Because after the trek you won't have energy to do anything. Plus it will slippery and dangerous to trek on that path in the evening. Talking about the place, good luck finding it. Secondly no privacy. Thirdly, the room, blankets and washrooms all are equipped to give you fungal infection. Oh for ladies, UTI. Blankets smell musty and be sheets were dusty. That's why the money is non-refundable. Imagine for vacation you are coming to your relative house. All pain, pain and pain. Its like a haunted house with garbage around, plus NO signal at all. NO. PERIOD.

The view to its left is very amazing but the frontage of the property is not that good to see... full of sheets. But the room we have opted for was a cozy room which is 12 members room. Which is wooden house fully made of wood and the toilet facility is very nice. The major problem is that we have to reach the property by crossing all thw messy trafic jams and narrow road blocks and reach near to the vattakanal falls area and we have to climb the hill for 15 to 20 mins. I highly not suggest this property if u have any health issues or leg issues or age isssues bcz the climb is that much steep and the path is very slippery while the fog wets the surface. They will provide food there itself if we are informing them prior to our visit. The manager is very nice and his service is also good.

If you’re in Kodaikanal for a staycation or want to enjoy the sunrise and live amongst the clouds, there’s probably no better place than this. It’s a small 10 minute trek up the steep hill, so make sure to pack small or call them to come help. You’ll be greeted by their cute dogs, hens and pigeons. Food is homemade and 100%. Unless you want to order in and do the trek multiple times, this is the best option. Plus it’s tasty!! I’m definitely returning to this one.

Loved this place. Excellent experience in the cottage. Best for boys group we need to truck 2 kms to the cottage from road. Had a different experience and the rooms are okay. Adding the route videos we had trucked.

This place is filled with full of nature and rooms are osm washroom with an heater provided, every thing is quit good but we need to truck for 1km on mountain to reach the room was fed up to climb nonsmoker I'll also can't climb
