LOFT WOOD HOUSE

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. Cozy, Luxurious rooms, and incredible views. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kodai. It is right next to one of the coolest cafes in Kodai too - Altaf's cafe. So food is never a problem. Kadir, the host, was so very hospitable and nice :) One thing to note - The location is 20mins from the city centre, and well accessible by car. So having a car would be the most convenient to get around if you're staying here. Highly, highly recommend this💯

Rooms are good. There are wooden ventilators above windows but there is no way one can close it during winters to avoid cold breeze make your room colder. Location is fine for morning view. But no place for parking. No space for a single car.

The view was stunning. So was the host! Really enjoyed the time spent in Kodaikanal. The locality is safe. The rooms were neat and clean. Please go for this without a second thought!!

What a wonderful spot to spend a few days @ Kodikanal. Excellent rooms, very clean toilets and a service with smile. The views are mind blowing. Ask for some local food to be cooked for dinner and you are in for a treat . Loved it

Such a great little spot in Vattakanal (approx. 20 mins from Kodaikanal) with absolutely incredible views. Lovely new and clean rooms with heaps of hot water for a shower. Due to its prime location in the middle of cafes and Dolphin Nose lookout starting point, although highly convenient it is quite noisy even late into the night. Come prepared with earplugs and bring warm clothes, including for sleeping, as there are air vents in each room that bring in a very cold draught that cannot be closed. Two suggestions to the owner – (1) to use washable towels instead of disposable ones as they are more comfortable and better for the environment, and (2) see if it’s possible for the air vents to be modified so they can be opened and closed. Overall, it was a relaxing and great spot for the family, would recommend.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Anna was very helpful and willing to serve any point of the day and tried his best to make sure we had a good time. The view is amazing, food from both the cafes is nice. People are kind and on clear nights you can see the stars ! 10/10 would recommend.

A place to be if you are wanting to go to vatakkanal it is the mid point of all tourist spot a good and a neat stay and the views are mindblowing
