Leo Cottage

Vattakanal parking to the cottage is trek route for 30mins minimum. Stay was decent. Rooms were compact. Best thing is the view you get here. They arrange camp fire on request. Had a great time with family. Owners were very friendly. Overall 👍👍👍

Spent two nights here, and the experience was incredible, with stunning views from sunrise to sunset. The cottage is tidy and well-maintained, ideal for adventurous young folks who enjoy trekking. Leo, the owner, and Henry provided excellent hospitality, and even Bison welcomed us once we entered the cottage. Facilities: Water heater, WiFi 24/7, Table tennis, Carrom board and Kettle are available.

We stayed at Leo Woodhouse for 2 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The cottage has an awesome ambience and it's good for couples as well as groups. The only downside is that you have to trek up to the hill top to reach the place, so not recommended for elderly person or people who don't want to make that effort. The view is spectacular once you reach the top so it's definitely worth it though. The owner's son (Henry) was quite hospitable and made our stay comfortable.

It is a good wooden cottage. Nice ambiance. The only down side is we need to walk uphill a bit to reach there. I wouldn't suggest this for elderly people. And it is a little costly compared to other cottages nearby. But you will have a spectacular view from this cottage. Would love to visit again with my dear ones. The owner's son Henry was really helpful.

One of my best stays till date, everything was so perfect of the place. The room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. Also you have continuos support from the owner Mr. Henry he had been a really good host. If you really want to have a natural full experience this is the place to visit

Cottage was good for the price. The service from Leo sir and his son Henry was commendable. Recommend this place for a group of friends to wants to explore the exotic views of Kodaikanal. The path to reach the place is a little steep and narrow. so if you are travelling with older people, it's not the right choice.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the brother named henry was amazing support. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and safe. I highly recommend this hotel for view lovers.

Our weekend trip to Kodaikanal became a very beautiful one, thanks to Leo Cottage. Set on top of the hill at Vattakanal, the cottage gives spectacular views of the valley and sunrise views are just magical. The climb to the top is very much worth it. It is a 2 storey cottage with a small courtyard. The ground floor has a dorm which can easily accommodate a group of 10-14 people. The top floor has 2 rooms and a shared balcony. One of the rooms has an attic which is perfect for group gatherings. The property also provides options for campfire. Naveen was our guide and host throughout our stay and he was a very helpful guy.😊 A beautiful place for a trip with your friends. P.S: most cottages in vattakanal are situated at the side of the hill, to get the best view of the valley. So plan accordingly and avoid overpacking. 😊
