Our stay in your resort was excellent. The taste of the food served to us was good and hygienic. Camp fire and barbecue facilities provided have added extra flavor to our enjoyment. A very nice experience at your resort. Keep it up. Looking forward to visit again.

Good Rooms and Best Service in affordable rate, it was not just room there is common space and a balcony with tea estate view. Food they Served was very nice, Homely Food. Food rate was a little more than restaurant rates. but it was convenient as they were serving in our Stays

Had a pleasant stay!!! Thanks everyone for making it very special... Special thanks to the cooks... The food was very delicious and served real fresh and hot...!! Thanks to Deepa mam and mallesh sir who guided us from day 1 of booking and kept checking us the comfort about the stay. Amazing service (staff is amazing- Jay and Mallesh especially), the rooms are clean and have all basic amenities, you won’t be surprised either way. They are extremely reasonably priced also. They have multiple properties in Ooty and Kotagiri. FYI, they go the extra mile for you. Surrounding area is not crowded like Ooty and you can see wildlife, at the same time everything is available nearby. We travelled with a pet and have a dozen demands and have not been disappointed by them (even when travelling in a large group). Keep up the good work guys and please reward your staff..

The booking was at the last minute and hence our expectations were much lesser. On the contrary, our experience was so pleasant and beautiful. Rooms - 3 BHK was beautiful enough to host 3 couples and there is a dedicated space for drivers, if needed Associated space - Dedicated lawn with space for Bornfire Food - Was so nice that we ended up ordering takeaway during check out. Service - Very responsive and dedicated.

Nice location and great hospitality. The Manager and staff are always available for help. The South Indian food that we ordered were great as well. Plan on ordering the food ahead of time to avoid delays as they will be preparing it based on the order.

The stay was amazing with all kinds of facilities. It was a perfect blend of luxury, hospitality and relaxation. The staff and the food deserves the highest praise. We had such a warm welcome and the food was super tasty. The rooms were a balance between luxury and comfort with breathtaking views. It exceeded all our expectations and we had the most satisfactiry experience.

Stayed from August 2nd to August 4th at British Bungalow in Kotagiri. The area is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bungalow is surrounded by tea gardens, providing a scenic view. The rooms are spacious, and the food is delicious with personalised options. Evening BBQ and bonfire were memorable. The property can host large groups with multiple accommodation options in the same compound. The staff took us to some off-beat places in Kotagiri, adding to the experience. Kotagiri is a fantastic place to relax, much calmer than Ooty. Highly recommend for a relaxing peaceful retreat.
