Hotel Clouds Bay

Don’t be fooled by the pictures on their website – the reality is completely different. The service was extremely poor. The room was dusty, with used sheets and an unclean washroom. Definitely not recommended for a family stay, especially with kids. They couldn’t even provide extra bed sheets when requested. Highly disappointed with the experience. There was no dustbin in the room or the washroom. The heater didn’t work, and there was no power backup, with power cuts occurring multiple times during the night.

Service of this people is good, with respect. as this was taken over by new young generation. need some improvement by hotel management to improve property. rest all the thing was good, Breakfast also proper.

Totally Disappointed there is no basic facility even switch board also not working and they are upload different picture in google there is no private balcony and booking price also tooo high for these no facility room totally bad experience .
