Phoenix View Stay Cottage

The room view was excellent, and the room was overall neat and clean. No restaurant available within the hotel, you need to depend on online delivery. Room tarrif varies customer to customer, double check before finalising the room tariff. The manager is overall helpful if you need any help while you stay.

The rooms are normal (some have broken plaster)... Didn't like the tea.. Even after asking for room service they didn't do it... Don't try Amma's kitchen food (I've tried North Indian food and it's really bad).. The viewing point on the first floor's front rooms are good though...

Very pleasant view so happy.. Room door is slightly hard to open and close. Daily not cleaned. Heaters are available. We can order food in swiggy. Very decent. Cost is less compared with others. Transport is arrange there

I stayed with my family for 2 Days. Main positive point is actually they provided us Balcony View rooms it was very Superb and very Pleasant. We saw Sun set from Balcony and we can see half of the ooty. Night vision from that Balcony is so so so nice and feels very happy to us. Also morning and evening view too so nice. Water heater and additional blanckets are available. And room heater also available with additional cost. Nearby shops are not available but room supervisor help to us buy for any urgent requirement. Swiggy is available in that location. There Owner and supervisor are very DECENT. And arranged for local trips at very moderate cost. Also there induction and gas stove also available there. Room cost also so affordable. Finally feel So Happy while staying here.

Rooms are excellent and services also excellent, there is a kitchen in that cottage. So, if you want to prepare your own food, you can prepare it. Over all nice and good

You will get a nice view in the morning and you can do a campfire. And the people here are peaceful. I would recommend if you have a low budget or bike gang or friends group of 4 members then it's peace. The only hard thing we felt was traveling the up hill.

Nice room facilities, view point is nice from balcony , we have taken complete package including sightseeing also, services are good...
