One of the worst in ooty. They even didn't refund our money after we cancelled the booking. We reached ooty at 8 am in the morning and he was asking more money just to fresh up ourselves and he was talking very rude. Now also he didn't return our money. If you don't return our money we will complain to police.

Very good location and tasty food. Hotels rooms are spacious. Mohammad is very kind and helping person. He can help us finding cabs with low cost. Suitable for families

This is one of the worst stays , I had in ooty .( I travel to ooty atleast once in a year) .No power supply in the mornings , the food is average and more importantly , they have curfew timings you have to be back to hotel by 6pm .. they will say they will book cab for you .. don't even obt that , cab won't come on time and they have timings in the evening also ( even if you pay extra , they will create a big issue to stay late ) and the hotel is not in city also , where you need cabs. I would recommend this hotel , who have zero experience with hospitality

Never visit this place as they don't provide bill for stay. I had clearly informed about bill before my booking but he demanded extract amount (Apart from Rs.2500 per day) for 18% GST at the timing of leaving. I 'm following for more than 4 months but he has been delaying. Except bill, other things were okay.

1.The Owner is very much friendly 2. Breakfast is included in the cost and they made tasty South Indian Idli, Dosas with chutney & Sambar. 3. The rooms are very neat and interconnected, suitable for people going in groups. Owner provided very soft and thick bed sheets suitable for the climate.(Hot water provided for 3 rooms at a time. ) 4..We were a group of 10 people, booked 5 rooms for 2 nights stay. HOT water for bathing shall be given as per requirement.Towels and soaps not provided; to be asked separately. 5.It is at a distance of 4 km from bus stand. Owner sent us the location on whatsapp. We were able to easily reach there by local buses(Fun city Bus Stop) in 15-20 min. 6.Its around 100-150m from funcity bus stop and Vehicle (Car/Innova) accessibility/ road is little difficult. 7. Chocolate flavor tea powder is very much famous in ooty. The rainbow palace owner helped us in getting good quality one at reasonable price. (Rs.300/kg)

The hotel is nicely placed and have very good view in the early morning and night. Also the staff are very helpful, informative. Need to mention the food, which was very nice, tasty and harmless. The room had a nice TV and furnished. Also they provide hot water 24 x 7

Wonderful home stay, not only a property staffs also so wonderful to receive guest. clean room, quality food with reasonable price. I love very much to stay here.. Rainbow is not only a name its really shines like Rainbow...... Keep it up....
