The staff was not cooperative at all, and there was constant loud noise from both the staff and caretakers. The ground floor rooms were the worst, as there was always a strong smell of non-vegetarian food. Although they claim to follow Airbnb standards, the property does not comply with any of their policies. The place felt smelly and shady. The manager was helpful, but he is not present on-site. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, and no lunch or dinner options were available. The washroom was extremely small, making it difficult to take a proper shower. Overall, I do not recommend this stay.

Worst experience so far with this place. First of all, there are approximately five caretakers handling this property, and they don’t listen to you at all. They keep shouting late at night and very early in the morning, disrupting your sleep. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. They prepare food only for themselves and completely ignore your requests if you need anything to eat. The kitchen is on the ground floor, along with other guest rooms, so you constantly get the smell of cooked food. There is also a very bad smell all around the place—I’m not sure what it is, but it gave me a headache. Additionally, the main caretaker has no idea how to run this property. Most of the staff say he is busy, but it’s unclear what he’s actually doing. They claim to offer free breakfast, but when you ask for it, they outright deny it, saying you need to inform them a day in advance—something that is not mentioned anywhere. The rooms are extremely small and very overpriced. Overall rating: 0/5 • Cleaning: 1/5 • Hospitality: 0/5 • Rooms: 1/5 • View: 5/5 (but due to improper cleaning on the terrace, they have ruined this as well) This is the worst management I have ever seen. Book at your own risk.

Our stay at this hotel in Ooty was truly memorable. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the view was absolutely breathtaking — surrounded by lush tea plantations and serene landscapes. What made the experience even more special was the warm hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, sweet, and attentive, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ooty — it’s a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality!

Triple occupancy rooms are very good, neat and clean. Service people are very cooperative and quick supports. Manager Ameer sir is very informative and guide us through out our trip.

Naveen and Rajan were too welcoming and accommodating. The view and services were awesome. One of the best view homestay, it’s very clean and tidy.

This resort is situated near various tourist attractions. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. The staffs are kind and helpful. Homemade foods are available which are economic and tasty but limited menus are only available. The garden is just superb!

Very clean rooms and well behaving staff people... I would love to visit the same place again in future and recommed it to all my friends and family... What an amazing place to spend our valuable time with loved one...
