Berry Dale Comfort Stay

Pros: I recently stayed in Berry dale comfort stay with my family. 1.View from balcony is very nice. Once can sit there for a coffee and enjoy the sunrise over tea plantation in the morning. 2.Care taker is so good and ready to help all the time. Very attentive for all the requests whether it’s cab service, mineral water etc. 3. 24/7 hot water. Cons: 1.Only problem is that bed linens should have maintained well.I can see lot of stains and dust all over the bed.Might be the maintenance issues. 2. In house food is not available. Need to order from Swiggy. Finally, if they can improve on room and bed cleanliness I feel it’s a very good stay in Ooty.

I recently stayed at your property and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the views were good, there were several issues with the room that affected my comfort: No Kettle or Tea/Coffee Making Facilities: It would have been great to have basic amenities like a kettle and coffee/tea in the room. No Clean Bed/Towel: The bedding and towels did not meet my expectations for cleanliness and comfort. Leaking Rooms: There was noticeable water leakage in the room, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. No Fan/AC/Heating: The room lacked proper temperature control, and the absence of fan/AC or a heater made it difficult to rest comfortably. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

A decent budget stay and care taker is really good and kind person. Good sight view in the morning. Close to ooty lake Road is little steap and short while entering. Apart from this, Overall good experience. I will recommend.

stay is awesome, balcony view is amazing, host is good too. But rooms need timely maintenance, i got 2 rooms, one was good but in other one paint was peeled off and looks like about to drop on bed at anytime with just little bit of wind(p5 room). these kind of things should be maintained at least above bed. otherwise everything was good, location is also nearby.

Room and bathroom are very clean.24 hrs hot water facility.super view from room.they arrange home made food and taste also super and rate also normal…caretaker is very supportive…owner also very kind person and they room available means they allow early chinkin main think is they not charging for early checkin…parking available.road to room also good..200 per worth for families..

Best hotel with the best view.. quite far from the main market but peaceful. Don't expect hotel type amenities. It was like a home stay with basic amenities. Only they should provide atleast Fan for summer season and Heater for winter season.
