Absolutely loved my stay in this heavenly little homestay! The hosts have curated a beautiful garden, and it's a very peaceful and quiet place, despite being only a 5 min walk away from the town - which is very convenient! The hosts were very kind and full of good advice for the area too.Comfortable and home blended rooms with big washroom and all basic amenities inside of our budget . For 5 people we pay Rs.2500/- in week days and it's worth for staying in a good atmosphere.

The accommodation is simple and sufficient. Location is 100 mtrs Gandhi statue,Valparai town.away from city centre but within vicinity of major attractions and you have access to markets and different types of food choices. At the same time the stay feels like living just beside the jungle and the view from the balcony is absolutely refreshing. But the most remarkable thing about this homestay is it's owners and their hospitality. The owner personally goes extra miles to fulfill the guest's wishes. Foods are prepared as per order and are quite tasty. I'll definitely recommend for families as well as group travellers..Friendly staff and geniune service for travellers. Don't expect more than your budjet.All basic facilities as home is available inside the room.very calm and pleasant place to stay.

With 6 people of family,My first visit to Valparai and stay in Woodhouse homestay was an absolute delight and a pleasant surprise! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was coming home. The staff made me feel like part of the family, adding a special warmth to the entire experience. The food was really good, and the resort itself was impeccably clean and greenish, with breathtaking views that created a serene and perfect setting. The customer service was exceptional, and I want to extend a special thanks to all staff. Budget friendly room,24 hot water is available,big room with dinning facilities like our home.big wash room.Nearby restuarant and eateries are more.all walkable distance to tea shop and groceries. 6 people they charge Rs.3000/- in week days.its worth our stay.and nearby access helps us to get all things for our children's and family.worth stay.Mr.Mahesh was caretaker and good person to help in all forms.

Amazing experience! I honestly didn't expect the hospitality, the food or the wilderness experience to be of that level. I was pleasantly surprised at how well curated it all is. Right from the get go, a guide is assigned to you. This guide will be along with you during the safari, next day's early morning Trek and the bamboo rafting experience. The guides only speak Tamil or Malayalam but are very knowledgeable and courteous. The stay- it is well maintained, comfortable and the rooms are huge. Food- There isn't a restaurant and it isn't A la carte but depending on your preference, they serve really tasty food in a buffet setting. We booked early morning trekking as well,seen landscape,wildlife,nature,birds etc with help of Mahesh sir.,caretaker was very polite to answer all our difficult questions. I am already planning my next trip!🙂

People of 6 adults and 2 kids stay in woodhouse homestay Valparai what an absolutely beautiful place! very peaceful surroundings, the view from the rooms are amazing, the staff is really welcoming and helpful, the host Mahesh kumar is a delight to talk to! thankyou for having us, would love to come back for a longer duration. :). The rooms are clean and comfort within our budget.prime location for needs to get nearby access.safe place to stay with family and friends.parking also nearby in front of the homestay. Stay is like our home.will refer this stay to my family and friends. Thanks Mahesh for your hospitality.

The room was very clean and spacious, Good budget friendly stay in valparai. Atmosphere and service always better than others... 8 Adults with family of 6 kids booked two rooms for 2 nights.Stay was under our budjet.clean and neat rooms,big washroom with hot water available 24 hours.dinning table in both rooms a homely atmosphere we like it and worth stay. 👌👌👌

Friends of 4 people stay in woodhouse for 1 night.Stay was good and early check in was given for us as request a hour before.Clean and big room with homely atmosphere.All basic amenities like hot water,geyser,towel,soap,tv is available in the room with big restroom attached in everyroom.For food nearby restuarant is available and 100 mtrs away from gandhi statue.Friendly staff,pleasant place to stay.Mahesh kumar was very friendly and give more information of our visit. only two rooms of 14 people can stay in this property.well maintain rooms with family and friends comes with budget and clean stay it works.will refer to my neighbours and friends.

Gorgeous location. Such a welcoming team. Will without a doubt suggest this location. Will return if I make another trip to valparai. We 4 people stayed in woodhouse home stay for 2 nights,bufjet friendly stay with all basic aminities and good service.local food,attractions,restaurants nearby.excellent place to spent your time here.room was very spacious and clean under our budjet.mahesh is the caretaker very nice person and fulfill all our basic needs.highly recommended.
