They don't follow the app price and they are demanding double price (Which I paid out of my necessity), they mentioned even if I pay online they won't provide the room and the money won't be returned. I this is not expected from OYO. Background verification of the Hotel needs to be done. Same issue faced by friends. Did not expect this from OYO

Very good rooms and the customer service is also very good. But please don't book in oyo app since the hotel management told that they left oyo a year before but still showing in oyo app. Because of this we have wasted time in getting refund from oyo

1)poor way of communication. 2)shifting customer to other hotel without their permission and convince ,just by telling that your hotel is being changed 3)doesn't take the responsibility for this type of behaviour Giving this feedback so that other could be aware of this kind of behaviour🧐😡😡

The room were clean but the prices are high and also the services were not that good.The hotel is safe and you can go if you have any work in VIT other than that staying there is a waste of time and money as it is far away from centre.

Rooms are good with a fast food restaurant, namely Limra, bang opposite to this place. This residential stay type hotel is at a very short distance from the VIT campus main gate (Hardly 300-350 metres)

Only Location is good as it is near VIT... otherwise price is too high for such rooms...

Good rooms but..in mid night water leakage in AC 🤦🏻 this is my experience...may be other rooms do not have any problems i think so.
