Nice place to stay and enjoy the weekend Price wise it's a bit on the higher side but the view from room will make us to forget that. Food tastes homely with reasonable price.

An absolute hidden gem tucked away in a corner of yercaud. Great hospitality, wonderful ambience, old world accommodation and facilities set against a verdant backdrop. Ideal place for a family and/or a group outing. Definitely worth a visit and definitely going back here again.

Tipperary estate is a beautiful scenic place apt for a weekend getaway. The rooms were very comfortable. Stay in the tree house is must try. They arrange tent stay also. The staffs were very kind and ensured a comfortable stay. The climate was lovely. They arrange various trekking and adventurous off road rides. It's a must try. For accommodation this place was booked so had to go to another resort but went to have coffee. I bought pepper and ground coffee from them. The coffee was complimentary. All of them of were excellent quality, brewed coffee to raw peppers to ground coffee. The location was scenic and serene but its completely cut off from town center, you might have to thoroughly prepared like medicines and food. Though haven't stayed in the resort, i believe it will be good experience.

My mother 72 and I 50 visited in late march and had an excellent morning drive through Tipperary Estate. We sat in the back of a diesel 4x4 as the very professional driver gave us a tour of several view points as well as terraced garden tour. It was off season but the coffee plants had the first shoots and a few even had flowers and an early bean. The air is amazing and fresh with a hint of lemon and green apple. The combination of silver wood trees which host the pepper creeper vines and the coffee plants growing closer to the ground are creating a mixed environment perfect for shade brown coffee and pepper. Interspersed are a variety of morninga plants used for water soil retention. Finally the walled terraces hold the whole thing from slides and keeps erosion and water in place.

This place offers a scenic view of whole selam, especially sunset and night view is magical. The bungalow is well maintained keeping the old touch in the furniture as well as the flooring. Garden flushes greenery throughout. A kids and pet friendly place. 24/7 hot water available. Smooth check in to rooms. Washroom 4.5/5. Neat and tidy. Pre informed grill and charcoal set up didn't turn out well. But could manage with what they provided. Morning breakfast vermicelli upma poori wasn't that great.

One of the most beautiful holidays spent we had was at Tipperary Colonial Bungalow. We were 3 families who took the whole place and was Yercaud and this place especially a bliss in Dec or what! The place is as stated and extremely reasonably priced. Advantages: It’s 2km five or take from any and every place in Yercaud. They have adventure activities that are worth our time - esp the treks, nature walks, village treks and the off road drives. Awesome all of them. Staff and polite and very friendly. Cater to all our requests with a smile. Rooms are clean and meet the purpose. The view from their portico is stunning - you can see the entire city in all its beauty. It’s in the city but very private. They arrange car or driver for you at a reasonable cost if you need. The place is worth your time - only thing you need to work out is food. One resort called Grange delivers here for other meals and breakfast is served on the house. They don’t have an in-house restaurant. Beautiful property and I plan to be back.

Excellent stay. You won't feel like leaving the place after staying for a day. Renovated British Banglow at the hill top inside a coffee plantation and giving a beautiful view of the Salem district. Glittering view of the Salem town in the night is just unforgettable. Very good management and staff. Need to go there again and again.
