I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I am disappointed to report several issues that have left me feeling deceived and mistreated: Misleading Charges: Initially, I was informed that the total charge for my stay would be 1200rs. However, upon arrival, I was told that the amount required was 1700rs. This sudden and unexplained increase is unacceptable and misleading. Lack of Basic Amenities: We were not provided with a water bottle upon check-in and were told to purchase one ourselves. This is a basic amenity that should be included as part of the service. Rude Staff: The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and rude, further compounding our negative experience. Unclear Billing Practices: Upon checkout, I requested a receipt but was informed that I would need to pay an additional 12% GST before receiving it. This practice was not clearly communicated beforehand and feels like an unfair tactic.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely disrespectful, and when we requested the bill, they added an extra 12% GST on top of a very cheap rate. I would not recommend staying here.

You will find this hotel at a distance of 6 kilometers from the bus stand of Lucknow, this is a barat house, where you can also adopt a wedding plan and a room can also be provided to you on the basis of ISI.
