Writing this review after a while, have stayed in many hotels around the county but never came across the homely treatment we got here. My aunt had a knee surgery and my dad is not physically capable of climbing steep slopes, hence we were taken aback when we first came, my aunt and my dad had a tough time climbing up to the Home Stay, that too because we arrived late at night, at this time we were not aware that the car can actually come all the way to gate. But from the first morning itself, we realised this was the best stay we're going to have in our entire trip. The rooms are clean, The view is amazing, The joint balcony allowed us to move around the property, taking various photos of the amazing landscape from various angles, but what really made us feel at peace and at home, were the owners, the caretaker boy. After the trip was over, it was actually heart-breaking to leave. This fresh home cooked meals served with the utmost politeness, even the timely greetings by the friendly pet dogs at the property, made us feel that we were leaving our own home and travelling elsewhere. This is a homestay that I will always come back to, no matter how many times I visit Bhimtal, even if its a one day short visit, I want this treatment every time. I'd rather feel at home, than feel like I'm in a hotel. Thank you Host Labs for making our last leg of the journey the best. From my end, I recommend staying here 1000%.

Must go for this !! I visited with my family for a short trip and booked "Family Room" for 4 people. It was my best decision to do this because the room and it's balcony was so spacious and gave us a proper vibe for enjoyment and happiness. My mom & dad loved the room, hygiene, views and everything. Aditya was also so friendly and cooperative, just like a brother. If you're thinking to go there, Just do it, no need to think twice 😉

Homestay was perfect and owner is very good and helpful . Also the view from the rooms was amazing as it was giving a full view of Bhimtal and if want to look out for some good food option then all the restaurants were there in 1km range. Overall if you are looking for family type homestay with no one to disturb and want to spend some quality time with amazing view. Do visit this place.

Excellent location,You can literally see the entire mountain range along with the lake from your balcony. The service is good enough, helpful people but don’t expect five star treatment because it’s a homestay.

This place away from hustle and bustle of city life will give you immense pleasure and warmth even during the coldest days. Situated near Bhimtal, this place having a perfect Mountain View is a blessing for someone looking to visit both Kainchi Dham and Nainital on their trip. One can avail all modern facilities including well maintained clean rooms and floor equipped with geyser, TV, high bandwidth wi-fi(as owner himself is a corporate employee). Hosted by a cool guy Ankit, this place has garden area with parking facility available, enough to accommodate 3-4 sedan. Coming to food, i would say just don’t worry. These guys have tastiest food available at affordable rate when compared to nearby market. Summing it up, i would recommend this place for your next trip to Nainital/Kainchi Dham with family, friends or solo.

The location was just perfect, not too far from the main attractions but still offering a peaceful and serene environment.
