🌿 Review for The Gadeni Stays / The Wild Garden Glamping, Naukuchiatal 🌿 We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Gadeni Stays. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt peaceful, personal, and thoughtfully curated. We stayed in the Sky Watch Tower & A cottage , and it was truly surreal — waking up to birdsong and watch the clouds make it’s way through the mountains…. A heartfelt thank you to Rohit, the manager, who ensured everything was seamless and comfortable. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. The food was yum — every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, adding joy to our days. 🍽️🌸 You can also request room or outdoor space decoration for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries — which adds such a beautiful, personal touch to the whole experience. 🎈🌷 We celebrated Ashish’s 39th bday ( my husband ) with a beautiful setting of movie screening jacuzzi ❤️ Located in the heart of Naukuchiatal, Bhimtal, this serene hideaway is just a short distance from both Naukuchiatal Lake and Bhimtal Lake, perfect for peaceful walks and boating. Another highlight — the sacred Neem Karoli Baba Ashram is about a 40-minute drive (without traffic), making it a soulful addition to your trip. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gadeni Stays! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Rohit was a fantastic manager- very responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making sure I had a great experience. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true retreat.

The property is located about 2 km uphill from the main road, which might be a slight drawback for some, but once you reach, the stay is totally worth it. The place is very well maintained, with clean rooms and stunning views. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the private bonfire experience - they hadn't stored any dry wood, so we couldn't enjoy the bonfire as planned, which was a bit disappointing. would recommend they make better arrangements for this in the future. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Disappointing and Unsafe The reels are very misleading — they only show the pretty location, not the reality. The “cocoon” was basically a tiny tent, claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The bathroom was unsafe and bizarre: a big hole in the room led to slippery stairs going down to a dungeon-like washroom. It had 10 windows facing the pathway, so there was zero privacy. On top of that, it leaked everywhere and the pebble flooring was painful to walk on. No dinner is available after 9 pm, which is very inconvenient. The staff even woke us up at 7 am with repeated calls just to push us to order breakfast. Overall, unsafe, poorly designed, and absolutely not worth the price. The cherry on top was no one asked for our IDs during the check in or check out.

I have been coming to this part of Uttarakhand for last 8-9 years but can't believe I missed this gem all along. My stay at Gadeni was one to cherish for times to come. Special mention for our host Suraj who was courteous, disciplined and one of those who love hospitality and serving people well. All in all it was one of the best stays I have ever had. And yes I am coming back soon.

experiencing gadeni stay in monsoon was great for me the view from rooms are simply breathtaking. watching the clouds around and the sound of the rain it was an great experience overall. house-helpers were too polite and cooperative.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is amazing, surrounded by green hills and clouds. The staff is very friendly specially Mr. Rahul ji & his team and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had a very pleasant experience at Gadeni Stays. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The service was very good and we were well taken care of. A special thanks to Pankaj and Rahul ji, caretakers, who were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. Food was decent, but there is some scope for improvement in a few dishes. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
