Sree Kartikey Palace Kanakchauri

Stayed a night here. The room was neat and clean. It also had a bed for 3rd person. The view is awesome from the window. The toilets are clean as well. They also have WiFi. Prices are nominal compared to the room and service. Liked it very much. The owner is very friendly and nice person.

Just awesome. All of us had pleasant memories framed here. Sanjay Negi ji ia a very kind hearted host. It is located at the entrance to Kartik Swamy Temple. The ambience was also very good.

Hello Everyone, Hotel Kartikswami Palace in Kanakchauri is the place to be if you are visiting this serene and exquisite place. The chef, Mr Sanjay, is a very humble and joyful person. The rooms are absolutely neat and clean and the view from the balcony is mesmerizing. I highly recommend this place and you will definitely collect some lifetime memories.

Karthik palace home stay. This is highly recommended home stay in kanakcharuri village, it provide modern facility to stay in a remote village, we have booked a triple bed room which is newly constructed home stay, the room is equipped with cup board, table, chair, bed side table, geyser, they also have power back up, snow covered pick of Himalayas are clearly visible from the room, there was a balcony in front of room, where we seat and watch the mountain, the only difficulty is some time cloud covers the mountains by its natural phenomena. We were there for two night. The location is exactly in front of karthikswami trekking point. Food is also good and too testy, one day on my request they serve local black roti and local pahari rajma to me, in addition of reular disc. The hotel owner very well behave, and help to complete our tour a lot, (normal check in time is 1 Pm and check out is 11 am). I would like to stay this home stay again.

We visited Kartikey Swami temple in March 2025 . The homestay is perfect, as the main entrance of the trek to temple is right infront. The hospitality of Sanjay ji was awesome, with pahari home cooked food. He's very humble and joyful natured person. As being in the small and beautiful village like kanakchauri, the rooms were good too, with 3 bedded ( we were 3 people), with nominal charges. Rooms are exactly shown in the Google. If you're interested to know more about the universe, then don't miss to visit Vivek Rohilla Observatory, which right beside the homestay. Thank you Sanjay ji🙏🏻✨✨
