I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. Service was really quick and efficient, making everything smooth. The breakfast was absolutely yummy with great variety. Best of all, the view from the room was truly awesome – waking up to that scenery was a treat. Would definitely stay here again!😊

Wonderful experience, friendly staff, hygienic and super spacious rooms with great view from balcony. One of the best hotels you would find in Mukteshwar.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was quite rude and unprofessional, especially Rishabh, who was extremely careless and unhelpful. The bathroom had major water issues—no water in the flush or shower. Despite multiple complaints, Rishabh did nothing to fix it and behaved indifferently. His attitude was unacceptable and reflects serious behavioral issues. Would not recommend unless management addresses these concerns seriously

Hotel Room neat & clean, big room safe place. Service was too good. Location is awesome sharing some pics. Rishabh working hard & arranging all the requirements too quick.

i stayed there in last week of May, stay was good but behaviour of staff were very rude and unprofessional, specially staff name Mr.Rishab who pretended there to be care taker. No Water in bathroom, we tried to take contact number of owner so that we can escalate matter but same was not provided. we tried to contact rishabh to pay payment and early checkout around 6:15 in the morning but no calls were attended. Copy of bill also not provided to us we made payment through digital mode after chasing hotel staff. Though room was extremenly good but service were pathetic to explain.

The staff was so rude, food was worst the treatment and hospitality was poor than poor , ordered veg pulao but in place of fresh food h they served basi fried rice 🌾🍚 the staff fail to justify the food quality, my concern is only this guys should behave polite and professional with gustes , if you guys really thinking for the stay I would suggest you must order you food from swigy zamoto. And also you shouldn't call room service 😔 because it's feel the room service person is richer than "Ambani's his attitude and arguments and disrespectfull behaviour shows all

Nice place and very nice and species room , food quality are very very good , service good , I enjoy very much , himalaya reason see from room , I suggest every one when you go please stay this hotel , I really enjoy and children also . Amazing
