I had a resplendent stay at Woodburry Mansion. The location is in the quaint, serene corners of Nainital - Ayarpatta. The cottage offers magnificent views of the city and also boasts of a nice balcony to spend your mornings and late evenings. Mr. Ankit is an amazing host - very kind and helpful. He’s quite involved with the upkeep and management of the place. The staff will be present whenever you need them and help you figuring out the city. I feel truly blessed to set foot in this serene, impeccably clean, and beautifully adorned abode, radiating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed a restful sleep, thanks to the comfortable bed and soft, cozy linens. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious, served with genuine warmth and heartfelt affection. Words fall short to capture the charm of this location, where majestic trees stand tall, the sun gently filters through the branches, and the air resonates with the enchanting melodies of birds offering a warm welcome. The host, a truly pious soul, offers help at every step, her genuine smile reflecting kindness and grace—a rare gem in today's world. Woodbury Mansion was a real surprise! We took the first floor rooms and the view was breathtaking! It's fanged by trees and the bird calls in the morning are something to look forward to. The rooms are large and comfortable and done up tastefully. There is a huge balcony connecting the two rooms and it's a great place to hangout. We played some music and had a wonderful night hanging out on the balcony with food and drinks. It's a great place for a quiet vacation. The host is very sweet and friendly and goes out of her way to help you out with food and comfort. She is also a healer so if that's something you are interested in, make sure to book a session with her when you stay over. Cons: Has two sets of steep staircases. So anyone with a knee or back problems might find it difficult to climb.

Woodbury Mansion is a beautiful homestay in a quite and friendly neighborhood of Ayarpatta which is just about 1km away from Mall road. The homestay is very new, a pretty 2 storey cottage which can be reached after a short hike from the taxi stand. The host Rachna is extremely warm and friendly and helped us with recommendations about cafes, places to visit and also arranged a sightseeing bike ride for my daughter. Above all the rooms are clean, spacious and budget friendly. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the crowded mall road.

Beautiful place. The serenity, calmness and healing aura is the prime attraction but the property is equally beautiful and includes all the facilities any city dweller can think of. Away from the hustle and bustle of crowded nainital but still very much reachable (via 15 mins walk) from the naini lake, i loved the property. The owner is very kind and makes you feel at home. I have been to nainital many times and always had a complaint that it does not have good rated hotels. Now i know where to stay whenever i go there next time. Highly recommended. :)

I sent my kids for a weekend and they loved the place. The host, Rachna was awesome and she made them feel completely at home. A huge thank you to her ! I would definitely recommend Woodbury to all.
