Emily Heritage Villa Nanital

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype Stayed at Emily Chalets, Nainital recently and had quite a disappointing experience. The rooms were messy and poorly maintained despite the property being recently renovated — the renovation work wasn’t up to the mark and only the photos do justice, not the actual place. Basic amenities were also lacking — the kettle tray didn’t even have a usable plug point, making it completely pointless. Food and service were the worst part of the stay. The food was below average and the service seemed to be handled by completely inexperienced staff. The planning and coordination for meals was chaotic and poorly managed. Overall, a very average stay with major gaps in service and hospitality. Definitely not value for money.

Wonderful villa and we were happy with our stay. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms with bed warmer. The staff were also very quick to respond to all our requests and made us feel at home. We totally loved the food and specially the home cooked meals. Cannot complain about all the accommodations for such a good price. Looking forward to staying again.

Rooms are antique, one of the oldest place in nainital . Its just above the gurney house . For old people it’s recommended as it’s slightly far away from the main road and roads are steep.

It is a decent homestay for family members. The staff and reception behaviour is excellent. The vehicle parking facility is good. The villa is pet friendly too. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was a perfect stay. It is just 10 minutes away from the lake and near Corbett’s house. They even provided honeymoon decorations. Overall it was great.

Lovely place away from the traffic situation that's seen in peak Nainital season. There's not much else to 'do' here than soak in the beautiful Hilltop views and unrushed feel. This place was also strategically located for Tiffin Top trek access which was a great way to explore nature here. The rooms and overall property are not shabby, but could use with some better upkeep to make the stay even better. Thank you to the team for a good stay

The rooms were quite comfortable with ample capacity for us to manage our stuff, and most importantly Pet-friendly. Had a good stay here. Food, environment, everything was indeed good. The architect of this Villa is pretty attractive. Displays a traditional infrastructure. Awesome Experience.

The food, staff, hospitality, everything was just perfect. Lavish and delicious buffet. Cosy room with bed warmer. Highly recommended for families.We have stayed in this homestay many times and every single time it’s been a pleasure. Good maintenance, polite staff and easy and fast check-in. And the breakfast is scrumptious. Out of a world experience. Loved it.Great property. The food was good and many options were there. The rooms were clean and good with bed warmers. The staff were also well-behaved and helpful. Overall experience was very good

This property is full of Peace and Nature. Overwhelming response from staff. Overall a Fantastic Stay loved it. The food and specially the home cooked meals can steal your heart. 36. Really pleasant and clean room.Things that make such a good place is there staff who are polite and helpful. Delicious food with Excellent Sevice. They have a nice area to spend evening!
