Xomotel Bungalow Krishanya

I had a wonderful stay at Xomotel Bungalow! The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking — perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of nature. The caretakers were extremely warm, attentive, and made sure every need was taken care of. The service throughout the stay was prompt, polite, and genuinely thoughtful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and private stay

Location is ok but the service isn’t great as well as the rooms. A window lock was broken and we were given that, imagine you are staying with your family with a small kid where security is compromised. They shifted us another room which was no better. Water tap came out when we used it. A foul smell was every where and it was prominent in the dining area. Food was ok, you can survive. They don’t have in room dining which becomes difficult when travelling with small kids. They sell it a high price and it doesn’t deserve it. The manager seems doing nothing except just completing check-in formalities. They need to learn about hospitality from scratch.

Great service with homely food. Nice homely stay. After initial glitches in room allocation for next two days we were treated with great hospitality while going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable!

The place has no clue what hospitality means! The service quality is worst! The place feels like you are captured in a jail. The staff is not cooperating at all. You have to have the limited food that they provide and thts it! Staff really need to know how to handle the family or groups! If you do not have a vehicle do not even think of staying at the place!!

Mountain view from this place is awesome and peaceful environment.Rooms looks like cottage and gives asthetic views and spacious. we enjoyed here. Food and service is also good.

Very nice stay . Took two rooms. Staff are nice and food is tasty both veg and non veg. They made a nice bonfire. The rooms are spacious

This is the worse place to live in Nanital. Hospitality is zero. They dont service food in rooms. They food is taste less and they dont take any efforts to prepare food according to guest. Rooms and washrooms are old and not maintained. Property has no activity and is not cleaned. Go there to waste your money.
