stayed for 2 nights with family. Old British house, it was a very different experience. The house is lovely and well maintained for its age and the owner Mr. Sah is very pro active and available for any request. I would definitely recommend this property. You need to have a vehicle as it's a little away from the mall road. Breakfast qty was good but the taste could have been better. Also, they should provide fans as there are no ceiling fans. Overall, it was a lovely stay and worth the money spent.

The cottage is very well built and beautifully maintained. It gives you an experience of history with luxury. A big shout out to the caretaker Ganesh Bhaiya who is not only a great cook, but equally wonderful host and human. He took extra care of my father when he did not feel too good in cold weather. Definitely recommend! 👌👍🎉

This is a beautiful 200yrs old heritage cottage. Mr. Rajesh is very welcoming and a great host, has maintained this heritage property really well and Ganeshji took really good care of us throughout, he makes delicious meals as well. We will definitely visit again :) Overall, we had a very homely experience.. I would recommend you book your stay here if in Nainital.

Best property... Near to Nainital Lake , ropeway and other tourist places. Very calm and quiet. Had a great time. Ganesh ji Care Taker and family was very friendly. Owner Rajesh ji and Sudha ji was very humble and sweet people. Very nice stay and had a tasty healthy home food. Highly recommendable home stay.

Amazing stay at Dalhousie Heritage Cottage. Ganesh ji (helper) is very very nice man. Very happy to be their guest, loved the place. It is much better than the photos, a must visit place for nature and heritage lovers.

We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and it was a experience to cherish for along time. The location is hardly 10 mins drive from Mall Road. Its a quite and serene place away from the city noise. Rakesh sir was a wonderful host for us and ensured we had all the comfort during the stay. We were travelling with 2 kids under 3 years of age hence the garden and open area was a blessing for us where the kids were enjoying the nature. Ganesh made some nice home cooked food for us and was accommodating for our last minutes demands. I myself am a Kumaoni and we were delighted to have Churkani and other Kumaoni delicacies made by Aunty for us. I would recommend this property to everyone who wants a refreshing and peaceful vacation in Nainital. Especially for those who are travelling with kids.
