Collection O Naini Rr Residency

We book 4 rooms. We face following issues: No water supply in early morning. No toilet paper available Burnt and dirty bed sheets Dirty pillows Rooms was not ready before check in. Pre used towels left in bathroom. Dirty bathrooms. Very congested parking. Non cooprative staff. Lazy attitude. Extra bed quality very bad. Room sizes very small. We had to bring water in buckets from ground floor. Hotel staff did not offer help.

Overall our stay on naini rr is good. It's a very nice property with so ample space. And major thing about property is they are offering u free parking and have kids play area too.. Wash room Clean Bed Clean

Very good service staff and Manager personaly look for introduction for room by darshan The location is very nice near by lake. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is polite and attentive.

Worst experience , would give him 0 star if possible . The manager has zero sense to talk , seems like a illiterate person . Once they take full payment with the promise that they are giving you parking & then they say agr ek baar parking se nikal li gadi toh fer space nhi milega . If you are driving all the way to nainital in your car , you will park the car & move around in taxi ? , makes any sense and if you question the owner about this non sense policy of his then he turns his phone off . Zero sense of behaviour , with below average rooms.

Worst place to stay in nainital . Before making the payment they will say there is free parking & once you make the payment they will tell this non sense policy that once you take your car out of the parking , they won’t let you park again . A person who has travelled 7-8 hours in personal vehicle , will check in their hotel & park their car & roam around the city in the taxi? . Won’t recommend the place to anyone. The staff is extremely rude .
