I have stayed at Justa lake view recedence nainital, it was a very pleasant stay with a nice view. Staffs are very helpful though it's don't have own restaurant but Deepak and Mukesh they were always ready to help. If you need anything from market let them know they will do for you. And most important hygiene, rooms are too good neat and clean. Last I can say if you are visiting Nainital must stay at Justa Lake view recedence nainital.|Highly recommend

Nice Clean & spacious rooms with attached Kitchenette. They don’t have food service in-house. But online delivery comes easily. Staff is co-operative & very courteous; they assist with luggage to parking everything. 300 meters walk from mall road uphill at first is bit exhausting but after several walks one becomes used to it.

Had a great stay at this property. Staffs are very supportive. Felt like home with a nice bedroom with kitchen. Make anything you want. Otherwise online delivery service also available. Overall too good. Nainital I have visited before but this one really different the bed and rooms were very comfortable. I will recommend my colleague and friends also. Will visit again....

The room was very clean, with a very comfortable bed. The location was very close and a short walk from the Mall road.|Staff is very helpful and assists in parking and luggage from the road.|All rooms have a kind of outdoor private sitting space with a beautiful view of the lake.|Each room had small kitchennette with some utensils provided from staff of required.|Very calm & peaceful experience.|

Worst experience. Hotel does not have a proper way or parking. You have to pass through narrow steep stinking route to reach the hotel first. Then rooms has a stinking smell. Don’t go by the pictures or fake reviews. Think twice before choosing as I have regretted me booking this hotel.

Very clean & spacious room with beautiful view of lake. It's a short walk from mall road. Staff assists in parking and luggage. Kitchennette attached in the room helps in small cravings, food is available on online delivery platforms and lot of restaurants are close by on mall road nearby.

Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe and Misrepresented as a Hotel I booked Justa in Nainital expecting hotel-level facilities, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a homestay with extremely poor accessibility and no basic amenities. • Unsafe Approach: The staircase leading from the main road to the property is dangerously narrow (around 1.5 feet wide), poorly lit, and covered in algae in some places—very unsafe, especially with luggage or during rains. • Misleading Listing: Despite being listed as a hotel, this is essentially a homestay. There was no visible Justa branding anywhere, not even inside the rooms. • No Food or Beverages: There are no in-house food options available—not even basic tea or coffee. • No Parking Facility: The parking is located about 2.5 km away, and you have to pay a toll each time you travel to and from the property. I had booked for a day but checked out immediately after seeing the condition of the property and the approach. Overall, it felt unsafe and was not up to the mark for a brand like Justa.

Well behaved and helpful staff.location is 5 minutes uphill from mall road. Rooms are good, we stayed in kafal suite one room was spacious good kitchen area and washroom, one of the vmbest view from the terrace infront of room breath taking.good hygiene., washroom well mantained.helpful and polite staff, servicable by zomato. Property is still expanding but should definitely visit for good peaceful family stay.
