Kedarganga Homestay

If you're anywhere near Mori, Uttarkashi District, you must seek out this amazing lodging experience!! The location is magnificently set in the mountains, a couple of kms. from the town of Mori (ideal if you're looking for a secluded retreat). And you'll be staying with a wonderful Pahari (mountain) husband & wife who will welcome you as a member of the family! They taught us how to make chapatis and dressed us up one evening in their Pahari outfits. They've got a great sense of humor and love life - and invite you to share their lives with you. We had planned to stay just one night, but ended up staying three nights, which indicates what a treasure this is. Thank you, Suyash and Pushpa!!

Hosts are very friendly. Great location. Amazing food (everything was handpicked from their farms). You will not regret your stay here.

One of the few places in India where we truly felt welcomed. The hosting couple tries really hard to make you have a great stay, without any financial motives behind it. We stayed there two times. We were always served delicious food and had a lot of fun. Also the views are great!

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The owners were incredibly kind and supportive—made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!
