The room and bathroom was dirty. They didn't clean it properly after previous occupant. Also, there were lot of mosquitoes and house flies in the room. Room was smelling bad. Whole night there was lot of party noise from neighbor room, 5-6 boys were doing alcohol party and Hotel owner / staff was sleeping but didn't come until we 3-4 room occupants came out and shout on them like anything. Overall super bas experience, wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, specially to family.

Worst Worst Expereince at strawbell no room service available even there is no watercooler in the hotel. First think den only book your room totally waste of money.👎

Cattle Shed Entrance and No Service! The hotel entrance is through a cattle shed, and the smell spreads throughout the property. There's no proper reception — just a single chair for the receptionist and nothing for guests to sit on. The staff is almost never available, not even during check-in or check-out.

Fantastic rooms they have. Actually they are providing 10 star service. Reason for 10 star- Pool- They are having 2 pools on the terrace. One for kids and another for Adults. And both the pools were crystal clear. Parking- they are having very spacious and safe parking infront of their premises. Rooms- Rooms are very neat and tidy. Didn't got even a single dust. Service- There service is top notch. They also provide room service for food. Reception is available for 24hr. Location- They are situated at very near to triveni ghat and railway station. Bike on rent option is also available on the spot. Note- They are highly recommended.

There is not any sitting area where we can sit for one two hour. Our train was at 3pm but check out time was 11 am so we had to leave for station before 3-3.5 hours. Also there is not any restaurants near the hotel. We walked around 1 km but we didn't find a single decent restaurant for breakfast.
