Perfect homestay. Couldn't have asked for more. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Wide verandah, beautiful mountains overlooking from balcony and 2 big size beds were adequate to fit in my family. All necessary utensils were there for cooking, with RO water and electricity backup. The hosts also provided with any utensils required on request. Location of homestay is perfect as it's walkable to Janki Setu from where you can go to Ram Jhula, Paramarth Niketan Ashram, Bhootnath Mahadev temple, Gita Bhavan, Tapovan and Laxman Jhula. Enjoyed a lot and Saurabh and his family are very good hosts. Will plan for stay here again once we visit Rishikesh.

Location wise it's excellent — main road se near hai aur har basic facility nearby mil jaati hai jaise grocery store, hospital, aur auto stand. Building me lift, 24x7 water supply aur CCTV security available hai. Parking thodi limited hai lekin manageable hai. Flat well ventilated hai, rooms spacious hain aur sunlight achhi milti hai. Kitchen aur bathroom new aur clean condition me mile. Society ka maintenance thoda slow hai—kabhi-kabhi cleaning time pe nahi hoti. Surroundings kaafi peaceful hain, lekin ek nearby construction ki wajah se thoda noise hota hai din ke time. Rent thoda high hai lekin quality ke hisaab se acceptable hai. Overall, achha experience raha. Agar aapko peaceful location aur basic amenities chahiyein to recommend karunga.

The building has lift, 24x7 water supply and CCTV security. Parking is a little limited but manageable. The flat is well ventilated, rooms are spacious and get good sunlight. Kitchen and bathroom are in new and clean condition. Maintenance of the society is a little slow - sometimes cleaning is not done on time. Surroundings are quite peaceful, but there is a little noise during the day due to a nearby construction. Rent is a little high but acceptable as per the quality. Overall, had a good experience. If you want a peaceful location and basic amenities I would recommend this.
