extremely rude care taker i had to suffer very bad behaviour from him. after booking the apartment he is not letting me access to the apartment and speaking extremely rudly saying that you should book atleast 2 to 3 beforehand and pay in advance otherwise don't bother booking. what kind of a behaviour is that no self respecting business would ever treat its customers in this manner. on top of this now i need to 50% cancellation charges. i am literally standing in front of the property here after successful booking from booking.com and can't stay the night in my booked apartment and on top of that i have to tolerate extremely rude behaviour and bad language from caretaker/owner. imagine that.
