The hosts, Bidya and Dechen, are truly exceptional — warm, hospitable, and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is welcoming and filled with love, laughter, and even music. The food is another highlight — delicious Bhutanese dishes along with Chinese and Nepali cuisine, all prepared with care. What makes this place special is how personally the owners take care of every guest, ensuring comfort and a memorable experience. Tenam Garden is one of the few places that genuinely feels like a home away from home. I’ve visited three times, and each stay has been just as special as the last. The peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, instantly puts you at ease. Bidhya is a wonderful host — warm, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile. Her sister Binita runs the café, and the food she prepares is consistently incredible — comforting, fresh, and full of flavour. And of course, Cleo and Nori, the two furry friends, are always around to brighten your day. It’s a place I’ll keep going back to.

It was an amaaaaazing experience staying here. The room is very well maintained with all amenities. The hospitality was very warm and the food was delicious. Overall, I loved the experience. Will be back here again for sure.

My husband and I have been a frequent traveller to Tenam Garden since 2022. We had the honour to host a magical wedding at Tenam Garden, everything organized by Bidya Rai and team. The entire team of Tenam Garden is dedicated and passionate towards their guests. Binita's cafe is a super hit with mouth watering dishes around the world. Her must try items are : Bhutanese thali, Nepali thali, meat loaf, spaghetti, chili chicken + fried rice, all sorts and variety of bakery items. Their hospitality and warmth will make you will like you belong there.
