The Gaff In Kalimpong(Vacation Home)

The vacation home is in a residential area. Best for families, couples and work from home professionals. Two cottages are street facing. Each cottage has a sitting room bedroom, kitchen area and attached bathroom with geyser. These cottages are pet friendly. They also have a flat with two bed rooms with separate bathrooms , sitting room, kitchen and balcony. One can have an excellent view of Kanchenjunga and other mountains. Home made food is available veg and non veg. Parking is free and within the property. Wifi available.

There is one unit with two rooms. We stayed there excellent view. Two other units are without view but with street view. There rooms are cozy and good for long stays.

The homestay was our best find in Kalimpong, a calm and cozy place to spend our days. We had initially planned for a two day stay however we extended our stay here as it was really nice. The amenities were very homely and the host was extremely kind. The owner welcomed us on the first day, it was a really sweet gesture. Would strongly recommend this place for all future visitors. The location, ambience and people everything was just as perfect.

This is a sleek homestay located a bit towards the outskirts of Kalimpong, in a locality named mangal dara. The environment is extremely calm, peaceful and secluded, surrounded by lush vegetation and a beautiful view of the mountains from the terrace. The rooms are spacious and neatly organized with all basic amenities like water heater, gas oven, utensils, wifi, etc. The owner of the property, Mr. Shiavats is a very amicable person and will ensure a comfortable stay. He is always available to attend to your requests and help resolve any issues you might be facing. If you're looking to spend some quiet time or a remote workcation, this is the perfect place. There's a forest about a 10-mins-walk away where you can go to soak up nature and enjoy the sounds of birds and flowing water. Overall, this place is perfect for a peaceful getaway while still being connected to the mainstream world.

Amazing place to visit. They have good spacious rooms with spacious car parking area. Great hospitality always available for any sort of request.. We had a 2 day stay where everything went up so well. The only problem we faced were noisy neighbor's house right opposite of the room. Rest everything was okay.

The hospitality was too good. We booked a room in December and they made sure that we felt the comfort of home. From hygienic rooms to the friendliness of the host, a five star rating from our side. Thankyou for making our stay memorable

Just excellent for long vacation like 4 to 10 days, the rooms, location and hospitality are good, after arriving every one will like to stay for a long time, the wifi connection is also very helpful for all, as nowadays every one like to use social media and OTT platforms every moment. Thank you Mr. Pradhan, hope we will meet again soon, also I like to thank you for your great kitchen arrangement with refrigerator and tea maker 😊

Probably one of the best homestay in Kalimpong. We were lost and didn't have a booking before checking in, but the owner was gracious enough to come pick us up and provide us a room. The room was cute and cozy, very clean. Food was great too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much Shiavats Da!
